Rising swiftly through the ranks, he attained the esteemed position of head chef for the Miami Dolphins before co-founding the revered local establishment, Frog and the Monkey. Despite his achievements, Mario chose to temporarily step away from the culinary world to prioritize quality time with his family and explore diverse business ventures. However, his passion for culinary excellence remained undiminished. An opportunity arose to fulfill one of Mario's long-held aspirations: the establishment of a refined deli specializing in artisanal sandwiches crafted from premium ingredients. After meticulous consideration, Mario identified an ideal location in Downtown Mount Dora, where Butcher's Nook Deli Cuts & Deli Shop would come to fruition. With meticulous attention to detail, Mario transformed the space into an inviting haven for discerning food enthusiasts. As Butcher's Nook Deli Cuts & Deli Shop nears its soft launch, Mario eagerly anticipates delighting patrons with his signature sandwiches and culinary expertise.

As a seasoned butcher, Joseph's expertise lies in sourcing the finest ingredients and meticulously crafting each sandwich with precision and care. His commitment to quality and flavor shines through in every bite, earning Butcher's Nook a reputation for excellence. Beyond his role in the kitchen, Joseph is also a procurement specialist and consultant, lending his keen eye for sourcing to help other culinary ventures thrive. His dedication to sustainability and ethical sourcing practices ensures that every ingredient used at Butcher's Nook meets the highest standards of freshness and quality. But Joseph's talents extend beyond the culinary world. In his free time, he channels his creative energy into music, playing bass and lending his vocals to the renowned nu-metal band "NoSelf."
